Open Story: Thursdays @ 4:30 - This is a drop in story time and is open to all ages. No registration is required.
Craft Time: Friday, Oct. 16th @ 4:30 - This month's craft is a flying bat. Class size is limited to 20. Registration is required.
Pajama Time: Tuesday, Oct. 6th @ 6:30 - Come to this story time all ready for bed. Wear your pajamas, bring a teddy bear or pillow and hear some great bedtime stories. Registration is required.
Kitchen Capers: Monday, Oct. 26th @ 4:30 - This cooking class with story is for children in grades 1 - 3. Come hear a story and make a simple recipe. Class size is limited to 12. Registration is required! Please contact the library for allergy information.
Reading Tree - An online book club for kids in grades K-3. Our first face to face meeting will be in November. To register and begin logging your books please visit www.readsinma.org/auburn
MCBA - MA Children's Book Award - Would you like to choose Massachusetts' favorite children's book? Are you in 4th, 5th or 6th grade? Can you read 5 books in 4 months? YES! Then visit www.readsinma.org/auburn to register and begin reading. Registration begins Sept. 1st.
Popcorn and Pages: Wednesday, Oct. 7th @ 5:00 - This book club is for kids in grades 4 - 6. We will be discussing The City of Ember by Jeanne DuPrau. You can pick up a copy of the book at the children's desk. It is not necessary for readers to have finished the book in order to participate. Registration is required.
Teen Advisory Board: Wednesday, Oct. 14th @ 7:00 - Open to kids in grades 6 and up. Are you interested in helping out? Want to have some say in the types of books bought for teens? Have some great activity ideas? This meeting will be dedicated to designing the teen webpage. Registration is required.
Home School Events: Library Scavenger Hunt: Wednesday, Oct. 21st @ 1:00 - This is a refresher course for those who know how to navigate the library and for those who don't we will be clearing away your confusion. Class requires a minimum of 8 students to run. Registration is required.
